These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of the EarlyEarn.io platform by all users, including Vendors and Affiliates. By registering and using the platform, users agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
Definitions:
Affiliates must ensure all advertising complies with applicable laws, platform standards, and advertising regulations. Misleading ads, spam, or unlawful conduct may lead to immediate suspension and legal consequences. Affiliates are solely responsible for ad placements on external platforms.
Commissions are paid according to agreed structures. EarlyEarn.io reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in case of suspected T&C violations or legal non-compliance. All payments are processed via blockchain and are publicly visible.
EarlyEarn.io may conduct KYC verification at any time to meet AML and regulatory requirements. Users are required to cooperate fully during such procedures.
Fraud, bot traffic, click manipulation, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited. Violators may be suspended immediately without notice.
Vendors are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the projects and tokens they list. EarlyEarn.io disclaims any liability for false or misleading project information.
EarlyEarn.io reserves the right to terminate any Vendor or Affiliate relationship without prior notice in cases of material breach or legal violation.
Users are solely responsible for fulfilling all tax obligations related to their income or transactions on the platform.
The platform monitors activity to detect fraud or abuse. By using the platform, users consent to such monitoring.
EarlyEarn.io does not act as a financial advisor. Users must conduct independent legal and financial due diligence before engaging with any token or project. Users should confirm legal status in their jurisdiction (e.g., EU MiCA compliance).
Affiliates must ensure ad placements comply with platform rules and advertising regulations. EarlyEarn.io accepts no liability for external advertising conduct.
Users are responsible for ensuring correct wallet addresses. Transactions cannot be reversed once executed on the blockchain.
All transactions occur via blockchain. Users acknowledge and accept the transparency and irreversibility of such payments.
EarlyEarn.io shall not be held liable for service disruptions due to events beyond its control, including hacks, technical failures, force majeure, or regulatory changes. In such cases, services may be paused or suspended.
Users from sanctioned countries or listed on international sanctions lists are prohibited. The platform may block such access.
The platform offers no financial, legal, or tax advice. Users assume full responsibility for their decisions.
Accounts may be suspended without prior warning if fraudulent, risky, or unlawful activity is suspected.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Majuro under ICC rules. Users waive rights to class-action proceedings.
EarlyEarn.io uses tracking tools to monitor platform activity. By using the platform, users consent to such tools. Users are informed that tracking tools may include session analytics, fraud detection software, and cookies.
EarlyEarn.io does not offer fiat-to-crypto exchange. It only enables commission distribution via Web3 tokens.
EarlyEarn.io may offer bonuses at its discretion, but such payments are not guaranteed.
Users acknowledge the risks of crypto volatility and smart contract failures. EarlyEarn.io is not liable for related losses.
All blockchain transactions are subject to gas/network fees. EarlyEarn.io does not reimburse such costs.
Projects may be delisted at any time for compliance or security concerns. Users are not guaranteed project availability.
Crypto activities on the platform are not protected by traditional financial laws or insurance mechanisms.
EarlyEarn.io reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarlyEarn.io from any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from violations of these T&Cs, misuse of the platform, or legal claims related to user actions. This includes, but is not limited to, attorney fees, third-party claims, and regulatory penalties.
These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In case of translations, the English version shall prevail.
